Working with Guardians : Your Role, Their Role
This training addresses the powers and responsibilities of a guardian within the state of Massachusetts. The focus is on understanding both the role and the limitations of the guardian and how all parties can effectively work together to advocate for a person under guardianship.
Who should attend? This training is designed for professionals in the Healthcare field, Nursing Home staff and Nursing Home Administrators, Ombudsmen, and others who work closely with guardians.
